SCALLOPED OYSTERS  
 
Ingredients:
2 Cups coarse toast crumbs ~ 4 slices white bread
1/4 Cup melted butter
1 Pint oysters
1/4 Cup Oyster liquid
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoon cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
dash cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons sherry
Procedures:
Toast the bread and snip it into pieces.
Combine with the butter.
Use 1/3 of the mixture on the bottom of a greased casserole.
Arrange the oysters on top.
Combine the oyster liquid with salt, pepper, cream, Worcestershire, cayenne and sherry.
Spoon 1/2 of this over the oysters
Put another 1/3 of crumbs oysters on top.
Pour on the rest of the Sauce.
Add the last 1/3 crumbs on top.
Bake uncovered for 20 min at 425o.
