General Tom's Peppers |

Ingredients: |
Bell Pepper Trio: red, orange, yellow
1 Red Onion
1 Tablespoon Asian Stir Fry Oil
1 teaspoon Sesame Seed Oil
2 Tablespoons General Tso's Stir Fry Sauce

Procedures: |
Cut off the tops and bottoms of the three peppers and reserve for future use.
Remove the core, ribs and seeds and cut into strips.
Peel and cut the red onion into strips the same size as the pepper strips.
Coast the bottom of a large skillet or wok with the stir fry oil and raise to a medium heat.
Stir fry the pepper and onions strips until tender.
Midway, add the sesame seed oil.
Add the General Tso's sauce and mix thoroughly.
Serve hot.
