Grilled Pineapple
Ingredients:
1 can Pineapple slices
1/2 cup honey
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Shriracha
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
S&P
Procedures:
Drain the pineapple slices and combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Lightly coat the stove-top grill with melted butter. Brush the mixture on the slices while grilling to the desired doneness
Notes:
2022-07-24: A side served with Eggs in Mushroom Sauce.
2021-08-06: Served with Pork Tenderloin steaks, Yachtsman Mac-&-cheese, and mushroom & garlic.
2021-07-02: Served as a side for Shrimp Scampi.
2021-06-06: Served to SKDL with a pork shoulder for an end-of-school dinner.
2020-08-01: Served with a lamb mini-round. Lyd omitted the ground ginger.
