Ann's Death Potatoes
From Ann Ferrarello; an Easter dinner favorite.
Ingredients:
32oz Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
12oz grated American cheese
8oz Sour Cream
1 teaspoon salt
small onion chopped
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter
Procedures:
Put thawed potatoes in 9" x 13" baking dish.
Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350o for 45 minutes.
Notes:
2018-11-16: An excellent batch was made for SKDL early Thanksgiving.
