THAI NOODLES  
This first came from Southern Living Complete Quick and Easy Cookbook: 2009
Ingredients:
8 oz Angel Hair pasta
3/4 cup Bangkok Padang peanut sauce
1/2 cup chopped unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup sliced green onions
3 Tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Procedures:
  1. ___Cook pasta according to package directions, including salt. Drain well, and return to pan. Add peanut sauce and 1/4 chopped peanuts, tossing well.
  2. ___Divide pasta evenly with remaining peanuts, cilantro, carrot, green onions, and sesame seeds.
