Roasted Red Onion Slices
This is the oven version. There is also a microwave version.
Ingredients:
1 red onion, about 12 ounces, cut crosswise into ½-inch-thick slices.
Procedures:
Brush the onion slices with oil.
Roast the onions until tender, 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
Notes:
2017-09-22: 15 minutes in the toaster oven was insufficient.
