Roasted Red Onion Slices |

Ingredients: |
1 red onion, about 12 ounces, cut crosswise into ½-inch-thick slices.

Procedures: |
Brush the onion slices with oil.
Roast the onions until tender, 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
