Caramelized Shallots |

Ingredients: |
1 stick unsalted butter
1 pound fresh shallots, peeled and quartered
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
|

Procedures: |
Quarter the shallots and cut the butter into chunks.
Microwave on high for three minutes to melt the butter.
Microwave for five minutes at 40% power.
Season to taste, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
