Sweet Potato Casserole  
 
Ingredients:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 cup sugar/Splenda
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 cup 1/2 & 1/2
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup pecans
1/3 cup flour
Procedures:
Mix potatoes, sugar, vanilla and milk thoroughly in the food processor and pour into greased 10 x 10 casserole.
Mix brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Toss pecans with flour and add to sugar mixture.
Sprinkle over casserole and bake at 350o for 30 minutes.
Notes:
2023-12-09: With a large can of Bruce’s yams, served with Pork Picatta.
2020-02-17: We used Bruce’s Yams and, without pecans, used pistachios for an excellent results.
2011-07-17: Lyd and Margaret took this to their church luncheon.
