BRANDIED YAMS

Ingredients: |
1 Can Bruce's Yams
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup Brandy or Cognac
3 T butter, melted
1 t Salt
1/2 t fresh ground nutmeg
1/2 t ground ginger
1/8 t pepper
zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans

Procedures: |
Food process the yams, with the next 8 ingredients.
Spoon into a lightly greased baking dish.
Cover the top with a layer of brown sugar and the chopped pecans.
Bake at 350o for 25-30 minutes.
