We're calling our latest project with the Messick Brothers, Project 4 (1:Bathroom, 2:Kitchen, 3:Porch). This project has 5 parts:
Put a light under the top shelf of the bar, similar to lights under the kitchen cabinets. 12/17: Completed Mirror the back wall of the bar. 12/17: Completed Build a shelf unit to go between the family room desk and the kitchen wall. 12/20: Completed Move the irrigation timer from the location chosen by Bryan to a location chosen by us. 12/20: Completed Put a vertical pantry between the refrigerator and the bathroom wall. 12/20: Completed

The project is finished and ready for billing.

The Messick brother’s carpenters installed the vertical pantry next to the fridge.
The shot on the left is the area before the installation.
Christine painted the new shelf which is next to the desk.
Dicky moved the irrigation timer into the laundry room.

Robbie and Ricky were here at 7.
Robbie put in the light in the bar and Ricky built the shelf unit to go next to the desk.
Donnie brought the mirror and it’s been installed in the bar.
Kitchen Design will deliver the pantry cabinet tomorrow.

Robbie Messick called and the kitchen cabinet should be delivered here tomorrow for installation. He and his crew will be here around 0700.

Greg says the cabinet is expected the week of 12/13 and they'll be finished before the holidays.

Though it calls for a deposit, Greg told us not to bother with it.

We wrote to Greg and went back to the original plan; Erica's desk is too expensive.

Greg sent us drawings from Erica and a new, rather high, estimate including a replacement desk.

Greg spoke with Erica, she is putting together options for the desk area.
ED supply has a 30” (4 bulb-18 watt each) Xeon under cabinet light in Bronze.
With a high-low dimmer/on and off switch to one side.
This light will come with a plug-in for the outlet.

Dickey came and checked the location of the irrigation timer and the bar and said he can do both jobs.
