Kelly was our server as we returned to the sushi counter. Lyd ordered a Dewar’s and Soda (7.50) and I had a Maker’s Mark Manhattan (9.50). We ordered a bottle of Domaine Zind Humbrecht Gewurtz (67). We both chose the Delta Asparagus Soup (12) with roasted wild mushrooms, smoked olive oil and lemon clouds. We both opted for the Seafood Stew (47) with lobster, whitefish, clams, mussels, jumbo prawns over basmati rice and a smokey tomato broth. For dessert, Lyd picked the Chocolate Pudding Cake (13) of luscious chocolate cake with Nutella filling, meringue kisses, and Chantilly cream. I selected the Vanilla Crème Brulee (12) of rich vanilla custard, caramelized Turbinado sugar, and local Plant City strawberries.
