At 0530, It’s 57 in Belfast.
We departed at 0630 for the short sail down the coast, anchoring in Camden harbor.
The first launch went ashore at 0845, including us.
We took a bus tour of Camden and neighboring Rockport, returning to the dock and, subsequently the ship via the launch.
We went down for lunch at 1230 and enjoyed crab and fennel stew, followed by a Cape Cod Lobster Pot Pie with Boston Bib Salad, Radish, orange segments, Basil and Red onion.
I worked for a while in the Nantucket Lounge and we had the American Experience where the officers talked about the benefits offered by the line while we sailed from Camden.
As requested, I offered a few insights and also showed my picture of the newest boat, America, currently under construction at the Chesapeake Shipyards in Salisbury.
During our 1730 cocktails, we docked in Rockland.
Dinner was Chilled Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with tropical lobster relish.
I had bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin with baked beans, roasted tomatoes, balsamic onion marmalade, roasted shallot-maple vinaigrette.
Lyd had the cider glazed Faroe Island Salmon with apple-lobster risotto, sautéed spinach and red pepper coulis.
Dessert was key lime pie for me.
We again skipped the evening entertainment.
