I presented myself at the podium at 0640 and was promptly seated at Table 63, right next to the stage kitchen. Kiera was my server and started me with Makers Mark Manhattan (11). I opened with the Citricos Crab Salad (18) with avocado, cucumber, frisee, arugula, and a lemon Vinaigrette, that Kiera reports is being discontinued. Proprietor Stig dropped by for a visit. Kiera is usually off on Tuesday and Wednesday, so I'll be requesting her for our family visit in June. Danielle, a Guest Services Manager also visited. Kiera made the Pixie Dust List. For my entrée, I selected the Oak-grilled Yellowfin Tuna (38) with cannellini bean ragu, fennel, kale, artichokes and tomato coulis, which was cooked to perfection.
