At 0628, it's 72.
We were out of the room and headed for the monorail by 0730.
We arrived at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom at 0800 Rope Drop.
Though we had intended to go to Adventure Land, we were informed that only the eastern half of the park was open until 0900.
So, we headed for Buzz Lightyear and walked right in.
From there, SKDL went on the Speedway and Lew and I rode the people mover.
We then walked over to Adventure land and rode the Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion.
Sal and Leo took in Thunder Mountain while Kate and Dominic rode Small World and Lew and I headed for Country Bear Jamboree.
The Bears were broken, so we substituted The Enchanted Tiki Room.
We all assembled at the Crystal Palace and had lunch.
We all returned to the room.
By 1500, the weather had cleared and SKDL went down to the pool.
We left a little after 6 for the monorail back to the Grand Floridian and the walk out to Narcoossee's.
With some monorail congestion, we sat in the Polynesian station for some 15 minutes, making it a wise move to leave for dinner when we did.
We took the monorail back to the room, arriving just as the fireworks were starting, to find SKDL in the living room with the fireworks audio on the TV.
Following the fireworks, Sal announced that Animal Kingdom was opening, not at 8 as announced, but at 7, necessitating a 0545 alarm for a 0600 bus.
We declined that offer and went to bed.
