Dinner at Narcoossee's

We were seated, promptly, and Kristin was our server. We started with drinks, of course, a Beefeater Martini (9.25) for Lew and my Maker’s Mark Manhattan (11). Lew picked the shrimp appetizer (16) and I opted for the Lobster Bisque (14). Lew picked her Narcoossee’s favorite of the whole steamed lobster (72) and I chose Tilefish (45). Lew finished with a decaf Nutcracker (11.25) and I picked the Nutty Irishman (11.25). On the way out, we chatted with Sous Chef Christopher and he gave us additional insight into how sous vide cooking is done at Narcoossee’s. His information and enthusiasm earned him a slot on our Pixie Dust List.
