| We'll put Buddy in the kennel on the way to Forest Grove Church for the 1100 funeral of Olive Hastings. From there, it's on to Cambridge and lunch at Snappers Waterfront Cafe. After lunch, we'll continue across the Bay Bridge and on into Washington. We have two rooms at the Holiday Inn Capital Center. Dinner is at 1830 at the Capital Grille on Pennsylvania Avenue. SKDL will arrive later in the evening. | |||
| Headed for Washington, with Lew driving, we had lunch at Snapper Waterfront Cafe. We gassed up at Chester on Kent Island. At 1600, we arrived at the Holiday Inn Capital Downtown, and checked in to Room 823 for us and 819 for SKDL. Parking was ridiculous with very narrow spaces. We took an UBER to the Capital Grille for dinner. At 2050, SKDL arrived, and at 2100, it's 81o in DC. |
