Lunch at The Coral Reef

We had a nice table down near the aquarium wall and Miranda, who was having her first day, solo, was our server. Lew started with glasses of pinot grigio (10) and I chose the Coral ‘Rita (14) with Patron Tequila and Cointreau. Lew chose the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail (14) and I had a bowl of Lobster Bisque (10). Lew moved on to Lobster Mac-n-Cheese (33) with Applewood smoked bacon, baby spinach, peppadew peppers and herb roasted panko and I picked the signature Seared Mahi Mahi (29) with Jasmine Rice, Coconut and Cilantro-Lime Sauce and Avocado-Mango Salsa.
