Our first Christmas in Pennsylvania

On the 24th, as is Lydia's family tradition, we invited the family over for the traditional Laws' Breakfast.
They arrived around 9.
In place of individual egg and sausage dishes, Lyd made her
breakfast casserole, served with
Elaine's corn bread, a platter of scrapple, cheddar slices, and whiskey sours (both non-alcoholic, and regular).
Kate read the story from Victor's book Maud and Other Family Legends.
Just before noon, we were finished and all promised we would do this again next year.
