DESSERT CREPES

Ingredients: |
1 Cup 1/2 'n 1/2
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup flour
|
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon salt
|
|
Procedures: |
- Whisk milk, water and orange juice into flour.
- Whisk in eggs, Salt, sugar and butter.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush with butter
- Pour 2 Tablespoons of the batter in center of pan and rotate to cover bottom.
- Cook 30 seconds, turn, and cook briefly
- Cool, stacked with wax paper between layers.
