DESSERT CREPES Containing Nutella and nuts, covered in whip cream.
 
Ingredients:
1 Cup 1/2 'n 1/2
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup flour
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon salt
Procedures:
  1. Whisk milk, water and orange juice into flour.
  2. Whisk in eggs, Salt, sugar and butter.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and brush with butter
  5. Pour 2 Tablespoons of the batter in center of pan and rotate to cover bottom.
  6. Cook 30 seconds, turn, and cook briefly
  7. Cool, stacked with wax paper between layers.
