Pasta Pesto & Artichokes
An easy 10 minute dinner
Ingredients:
1/2 lb pasta of choice
1 jar pesto
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
parmesan, grated [optional]
Procedures:
Cook the pasta by package directions, drain and put in a large bowl
Drain and add the artichokes to the bowl
Add the pesto to the bowl
mix well and serve, garnishing with parmesan if desired.
Notes:
2018-12-10: Served with garlic bread; quick and easy and very tasty.
2018-02-19: served as a stand-alone for the two of us, using angel hair.
2018-01-23: We skipped lunch-out amd I created this.
