4 BEAN SALAD
There is an older, classic, version. This one is more to Lyd's liking.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Salad Oil
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 16oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 16oz can red kidney beans
1 16oz can Chick Peas
16oz edamame
1 Sweet onion, coarsley chopped
Procedures:
In a large bowl, whisk together the 1st 4 ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and chill at least 6 hours

2021-03-22: A batch for the week.
2020-12-30: we made another batch to go as a side dish for a variety of entrées during the week.
