Strawberry Soup {1900 Park Fare}
This replaces the Strawberry Rhubarb Soup recipe
Ingredients:
2 lb strawberries (frozen variety, thawed with juice)
16 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. sour cream
3 oz. plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. fresh strawberries [optional]
Procedures:
Mix the first six ingredients.
Beat slowly until well mixed and smooth consistency.
Chill; shake well before serving.
Add fresh strawberries as garnish.
