FROSTED CAULIFLOWER
This first came from Southern Living Complete Quick and Easy Cookbook: 2009
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower, broken into medium, bite-sized, florets
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Procedures:
  1. Cook cauliflower, covered, in a saucepan over medium-high heat in a small amount of boiling water 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  2. Place cauliflower in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish
  3. Stir together Parmesan cheese and next 5 ingredients; spread evenly over cauliflower.
  4. Bake at 375o for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Notes:
2010-10-15: We served this in a German dinner with Sauerbraten and German Potato Salad.
