FROSTED CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients: |
1 cauliflower, broken into medium, bite-sized, florets
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Procedures: |
- Cook cauliflower, covered, in a saucepan over medium-high heat in a small amount of boiling water 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
- Place cauliflower in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish
- Stir together Parmesan cheese and next 5 ingredients; spread evenly over cauliflower.
- Bake at 375o for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
