Roasted corn on the cob |

Ingredients: |
Fresh ears of corn
butter
S&P
|
|
Procedures: |
Shuck and clean the ears of corn.
Salt and pepper, butter and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Place on a roasting pan and roast at 450o for 20-25 minutes.
NOTE: Save the cobs for corn stock
