Roasted corn on the cob
Ingredients:
Fresh ears of corn
butter
S&P
Procedures:
Shuck and clean the ears of corn.
Salt and pepper, butter and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Place on a roasting pan and roast at 450o for 20-25 minutes.
NOTE: Save the cobs for corn stock

2025-07-12: Served with a honey-glazed pork tenderloin, a fruit salad and a Cabernet Sauvignon.
2023-10-05: With Bill, we secured 3 ears from the Farmer’s Market, but it’s too late in the season.
2023-08-11: Another pair preceded Spicy Fried Shrimp and were excellent.
2023-08-07: Another pair with Linda’s ginger beef, but these had lost their sweetness sitting on the counter.
