Savory Polenta |

Ingredients: |
1 18 oz tube of polenta
EVOO
|
|
Procedures: |
Cut the polenta into 1/2" slices.
Brush both sides, liberally, with EVOO
Bake in a 375o oven for 20 minutes.

2017-02-01: Served with minted lamb chops.
2016-12-09: with Berber-braised lamb shanks.
2016-07-24: Our first attempt had a thin crust and was served under
fried chicken livers.
