THAI NOODLES  
The original recipe came from Southern Living Complete Quick and Easy Cookbook: 2009
Ingredients:
8 oz Angel Hair pasta
3/4 cup peanut sauce
1/2 cup chopped unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup sliced green onions
3 Tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Procedures:
  1. ___Whisk together all the ingredients except the pasta to form a sauce mixture.
  2. ___Cook pasta according to package directions, Drain well.
  3. ___Toss the hot pasta with the sauce mixture.
Notes:
2010-06-19: This had its first try with the family and was quite good.
