Originally scheduled for the last weekend in January, Sal, Kate, Dominic and Leo were here for the weekend.
Friday:
Following an uneventful drive, they pulled in at 2215.
Saturday:
At 0625, it’s 26o and Kate and the boys came down when I did.
The boys had bagels and waffles and then played in the loft.
We had intended to go to East Moon for lunch, but they didn’t open until noon, so we went, instead, to Sakura where the adults had sushi and the boys had a variety of goodies, including chicken tempura.
After lunch, we picked up 4 quarts of turnip greens for Kate and I completed our FastPasses for our April WDW trip.
We all watched Bedknobs and Broomsticks. At 1630, Margaret joined us for a dinner of
beef tenderloin,
holiday potatoes,
roasted veggies, and
spaghetti squash with
blueberry crisp for dessert.
In the evening, Sal, Kate and I watched Narnia: Prince Caspian.
Sunday:
At 0619, it’s 37o and Sal, Kate and boys are here.
Everybody was down early and they had bagels and waffles.
The boys enjoyed Despicable Me.
It was nice enough for the boys to go out and burn off some energy and then, following deli sandwiches for lunch, at 1220, they were on the road for home and we turned to shows saved on the DVR.
