We are having dinner at Hoop-de-doo Review.
At 1700, we all left the room headed for the Contemporary dock. The launch took us first to Wilderness Lodge and then out to Fort Wilderness. Just before 6, they rolled a large barrel outside and began checking-in patrons for the show. We were assigned to table 38, down close on the right ($). At 6, they opened the door. A troop of 6 performers, backed by 2 musicians did the show, which was quite entertaining. The food is served country-family style. That is to say buckets of food are slammed down on the table. Fried chicken and ribs were backed by corn bread, mac & cheese, baked beans, mashed potatoes, with beverages in Mason Jars that included beer, wine and soft drinks. The show is fast paced, hilarious and with some audience participation. By 8, you're out, as there is another show at 8:30.
