Home Buddy's Journal 2018
<<< Summer, 2018 >>>
It's July 4th, 2018, and I hate it. Thunderstorms are bad enough, but these things they call fireworks make me hide behind Daddy's chair so he can protect me. The next day, though, the family came for a visit and we had a lot of fun, together.
On the 16th, I got to go on vacation again, for 10 days! Mom and Dad went on the Ohio River for a while.
August 14th, my friend Dr. Barbara came for a visit. She brought me a WHOLE BOTTLE of treats, just for me. I think she brought some other stuff, too. She poked around a little and listened a little and picked me up and I weigh 42 pounds. She's nice!
August 17th brought emails from Dr. Barbara and a phone call from my doctors in Annapolis. They want to see me, but they're willing to have Dr. Barbara take care of me instead. So, no ride in the car, but also no scary cardiac visit, which last time was NOT FUN.
September 6th is the first day of school. When I'm allowed to be in the front of the house, I sit by the front door and bark "hello" at the kids headed for the bus stop..
September 13th I got to go to Little Paws, my vacation spot. Mom and Dad went to Pennsylvania for a bunch of birthdays.
September 29th, Uncle Bill arrived from Denver. He's great and gives me lots of skritches. He sits in my chair a lot, but that's OK. At the end of the week, I got to go to Little Paws when Mom, Dad and Uncle Bill went to Ocean City
