MUSTARD SAUCE  
The original recipe came from Southern Living Complete Quick and Easy Cookbook: 2009
Ingredients:
1.75 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup coarse-grained mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
Procedures:
  1. ___Saute the mushrooms.
  2. ___Cook whipping cream in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until reduced to 1.25 cups (about 20 minutes) Do Not Boil. Stir in remaining ingredients, and cook one more minute. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Notes:
2010-06-19: Created for Pork Medallions in Mustard Sauce. Lyd found the mixture to be quite salty, so she added the mushrooms.
