Walt Disney World
EPCOT
Walt Disney's Experimental City of Tomorrow (EPCOT) was originally envisioned as a city of the future where people would actually live. Today it's two worlds:
Future World at the front of the park and World Showcase at the back, where, around the lagoon, a fireworks show lights up the night sky.
Future World includes Imagination, The Land, The Living Seas, Mission Space and Test Track, all surrounding Spaceship Earth.
World Showcase features (clockwise around the lagoon) Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, USA, Japan, Morocco, France, Great Britain and Canada.
It is also home to Biergarten, Le Cellier, The Rose and Crown and The Coral Reef Restaurants, to name a few of our favorites.
Gone is The World of Energy
EPCOT is served by:
Monorail from the Ticket and Transportation Center
Friendship from Hollywood Studios, Swan, Dolphin and the Boardwalk Resorts
Walk from the Boardwalk Resorts
Bus from anywhere else in Walt Disney World
